achieve the best possible outcome for each person she works with.

Having witnessed the many benefits of pilates to people’s lives, including rehabilitation and recovery from current or ongoing musculoskeletal injuries or conditions, prevention of further injuries, improved posture, relief of pain, and an improvement in the overall strength & conditioning of the deep core & superficial muscle systems, Jen enjoys developing individualised programs tailored to each person in order the achieve these results.

Real Time Ultrasound

If you suffer from an episode of low back, pelvic or hip pain it is likely that the stabilising muscles around your back and pelvis are disabled. Research has shown that re-education of these muscles using real time ultrasound imaging as visual feedback is more effective than rehabilitation without the feedback. Clare and Helen can use the imaging to show you your muscles working in REAL TIME. You will be able to actually see an image of your abdominal and back muscles contracting. The feedback means that you are making sure you are contracting the correct muscles which ensures a more effective and quicker recovery.
