Quaytherapy is a multidisciplinary health clinic providing injury management and treatment in the heart of the Sydney CBD. The centre is staffed by physiotherapists, podiatrists and osteopaths. All our health providers are university educated beyond industry and association standards and provide excellence in their fields, each having worked in their chosen fields for 15 -20 years.
During your initial consultation your chosen health practitioner will ask questions and examine you for any pathology or injury as well as stiffness, weakness, strength and patterns of muscle support. The findings will be discussed with you to develop a treatment plan that will assist recovery, reduce pain and improve your general well being. Strategies to prevent re-occurrence can also be discussed.
